• Services: Due to the customized nature of marketing strategies, refunds are generally not provided once services begin.

• Courses/Products (if offered): Refund requests must be made within 7 days of purchase if the product has not been accessed or downloaded.

• Consultations/Strategy Sessions: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance for a full refund or reschedule credit.
